For remodels or new builds, we help you navigate design options, materials, and any necessary permits. Amanda’s real estate background ensures we’re also thinking about future value.
3️⃣ Contract & Scheduling
Once plans are finalized, we sign a contract outlining the scope, timeline, and payment schedule. We’ll order materials and get your project on our calendar.
4️⃣ Construction Phase
Todd and our experienced team handle every step, keeping you informed through regular updates and site visits. We coordinate all trades and inspections to keep things moving smoothly.
5️⃣ Final Walk-Through & Handover
When work is complete, we walk through the project together, make sure every detail is up to our high standards — and yours — and only then consider it truly finished.
